In this class, you will be making simit, a sesame seed encrusted circular bread that looks similar to a bagel, but is made with a special ingredient and technique that makes it deliciously unique. You'll also learn to make beautiful little chickpea falafels with tahini sauce; a colorful Mediterranean style salad, and lovely, flourless Sicilian almond cookies (Biscotti di mandorla) made with fresh ground almonds.
